BWT has been awarded TOP Tax and Audit Firm 2021 by FOCUS magazine.

For the list of Germany's top tax and audit firms 2021, an online survey was conducted among almost 16,000 tax advisors or auditors and managers. The respondents were able to recommend firms - other than their own - for the fields of work and sectors in which they themselves work. For each field of work and sector, the firms that had received the most recommendations from colleagues were awarded a special mention. The full list of award-winning lawfirms was published in Focus magazine issue 14/2021 on 3 April 2021.

BWT was awarded alongside around up to 100 other competitors in the following areas of work and sectors based on the large number of recommendations:

• International tax consultancy
• Audit
• Enforcement against tax authorities
• Energy industry

The award based on the large number of recommendations is both a confirmation and an incentive for us. We will not rest on our laurels but will continue to expand our high quality standards in order to meet the challenges of the future together with our clients.
